Tremblant Prestige - Étoile 1500-2

From beginning to end our stay was superb! Greatly looking forward to our next visit.

Host was answering ok. Check-in was not smooth, it was very cold outside and my kids had to wait to get in. I waited to 4pm and the code was not sent to me by via VRBO or email as claimed. I had to call to get the code, and then it was not working. Person who answered said code was sent to email but I checked and nothing. Finally David gave me another code via VRBO that worked. Also, bedsheet on sofa bed was dirty, found food crumbs on it when I opened it as well as stains. One cooking pan, there was still some tomatoes sauce on and I had to rewash it.

This ski-in ski-out condo was perfect for two adults. Very clean and cozy. Everything you'd need for a quiet ski weekend was available. Very clear instructions and directions and the hosts were always available and attentive. The bed is large and comfortable and the view is very calming and serene. It was really nice being so close to the lift. We really enjoyed our weekend here and would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Positive: Wirklich nette Kommunikation, schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Hilfe bei Bedarf, süße kleine Terrasse.Wir kommen gerne wieder! Negative: Der Pool war schmutzig, er wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (5 Tage) auch nicht gereinigt

Positive: hébergement et situation géographique exceptionnelle, très bien équipé, facile d’accès et très bon emplacement calme. Très pratique la navette pour aller à Mont Tremblant. Je recommande, merci pour ce superbe séjour!
