Tremblant Prestige - Étoile 1500-2

C'est un des meilleurs logement que nous avons loué: La communication prompte avant l'arrivée, les instructions claires pour le check-in, l'état impeccable de l'appartement, l'équipement propre et fonctionnel ( les appareils électro-ménagers, le chauffe-bottes très apprécié, batterie de cuisine complète et propre) , un stockage très complet, abondant et bien pensé de la cuisine ( sel, poivre , huile d'olive, 12-16 épices, machine à pop-corn et du maïs, capsules café expresso + grain à café/moulin pour le café-filtre, papier d'aluminium , saran wrap, contenants pour le restant des repas , de la vaisselle en abondance, capsules de savon à vaisselle en grande quantité etc, savon à lessive etc ...) , facilité de communication durant le séjour via SMS . L'emplacement est imbattable en face du télésiège "le soleil". Ce complexe "Étoile du matin" n'est pas au village piétonnier qui est accessible via une navette-bus ou la gondole "Casino expresse" ( ne fonctionne pas durant la semaine de notre séjour ) , ou 5 min en voiture mais nous avons bien apprécié le calme des alentours ( une biche est venue jusqu'à notre port patio un après-midi ....). Il y a une place de stationnement et casier à ski dans le garage intérieur. Le logement est au rez-de-chaussée ce qui facilite la circulation en bottes de ski. L'éclairage naturel en hiver est optimal mais doit être assez sombre en été, par le bois situé juste en face des fenêtres/porte-patio. Le bain tourbillon est bien apprécié en après-ski.

Host was answering ok. Check-in was not smooth, it was very cold outside and my kids had to wait to get in. I waited to 4pm and the code was not sent to me by via VRBO or email as claimed. I had to call to get the code, and then it was not working. Person who answered said code was sent to email but I checked and nothing. Finally David gave me another code via VRBO that worked. Also, bedsheet on sofa bed was dirty, found food crumbs on it when I opened it as well as stains. One cooking pan, there was still some tomatoes sauce on and I had to rewash it.

This ski-in ski-out condo was perfect for two adults. Very clean and cozy. Everything you'd need for a quiet ski weekend was available. Very clear instructions and directions and the hosts were always available and attentive. The bed is large and comfortable and the view is very calming and serene. It was really nice being so close to the lift. We really enjoyed our weekend here and would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
