Tremblant Prestige - Les Eaux 221-1

My family of four, plus our golden doodle, just did a week at the condo. The unit was fantastic but what really made the experience was the management. My husband works in the luxury hospitality space and he and I both felt that this was our best experience to date. David was super quick to reply when I reached out after booking. We got an appropriate amount of emails from them- not overboard like some Airbnb hosts we have had- but just enough and with all the info one needs. The unit had EVERYTHING. Olive oil, spices, beach towels, refills of garbage bags and detergent. We have never experienced such a well thought out and stocked short term rental. Everything was seamless and we felt very pampered. Even the checkout process was simple and didn’t have a complicated checklist. We have had some very high maintenance hosts on Airbnb recently and this was the refreshing opposite. Just can’t say enough good things. We will likely just book directly through their website next time as we want a repeat experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including coffee. The location is perfect. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the pedestrian village. I The pool complex was close by, we were able to use it one afternoon. I would highly recommend this spot and happily return next time.

Great property and location. Host communicated well and made the stay easy. Place worked well for a family with young kids too. Thanks for having us!
