General Policies
AGE RESTRICTION: Minimum age to reserve a property is 30 years old. The person reserving a stay must be present during the whole length of stay.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely treated by Tremblant Prestige, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Tremblant Prestige in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from Tremblant Prestige.
DAMAGE POLICY:
The Tenants accept to pay in total to Tremblant Prestige any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any Damages must be immediately reported to Tremblant Prestige. Tremblant Prestige reserves the right to determine inappropriate behaviors and any amount that would be charged. Any noise and disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the property may result into a fine. A damage deposit from C$200 to C$1000 can be taken before or upon arrival. Credit cards accepted by Tremblant Prestige are Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Rental Agreement:
The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately.
The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.
The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The tenants shall leave the premises in a good, clean condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord.
The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
The tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period.
The Tenants cannot move around furniture, appliances, or electronics.
The Tenants shall not sublet the property.
The Tenants shall have no more than the maximum set persons reside or sleep on the premises as indicated in the rental offering or as otherwise confirmed in writing.
Tremblant Prestige reserves the right to determine any fines amount if one or any of the policies are violated but shall act reasonably and not in an arbitrary manner.
None of the policies are negotiable.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 31 days or more prior to arrival date is 100% refundable.
If cancellation is 30 days or less prior to arrival day, the total amount of the reservation is non refundable.
NOTE: We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. (Electricity, cable, water, wifi, etc.) We report outages as each occurs.
Tremblant Prestige is not responsible for outages that it out of its control and no refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
Tremblant Prestige is not responsible for any services out of its control no refunds or compensation will be given. Services include but are not limited to:shuttles, ski-in ski-out trails, ski mountain trails/lifts, pools and spas, snow removal, shops, restaurants, etc. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.
Written Deposit Policy
A deposit of 20% of total stay is due upon booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival day. The balance will be taking on the credit card on file for any overdue amount.
Check-In
Check-in time is 4 p.m.
The Check-in details will be sent by email at least 1 week prior to arrival. All properties have access codes that will be provided before the day of check in. Fees can apply if guests enter the property before set time.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
The Tenants must dispose of all waste generated during the rental period in a lawful manner in the bins provided for this purpose.
The tenant is warned not to leave waste outside the property.
Discount: Promo codes and discounts are not valid for the following periods: Christmas, New years and USA school brake.
Pets Policy
No animals will be allowed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Other Policies
HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping is not provided during a stay. Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used. Toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables are provided as a limited starter kit. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. If consumables exist at the premises when the Tenant arrives the Tenant is free to use them.
SMOKING: There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside but at least 9 meters from the building, including balconies and terraces.
WIFI: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
Force Majeure:
A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement if the property becomes uninhabitable or inaccessible due to causes beyond the party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event. If the property becomes uninhabitable or inaccessible prior to the Check-In Date, one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be refunded.
Indemnification:
Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold landlord and Tremblant Prestige harmless from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss or theft of personal property sustained by Tenant or parties invited onto the property by Tenant.
